Windows 10 Recovery – Part 3

This is the 3rd blog post in my series on the ways to recover Windows 10 should something go astray.  In the first post (https://www.4kcc.com/blog/2018/11/30/oh-no-2/), we talked about system restore.  In the last post, (https://www.4kcc.com/blog/2018/11/30/windows-10-recovery-part-2/), we explained what happens when you reset Windows 10 and how careful you need to be.

In today’s post, we’re covering one option that only lasts 10 days.  When a new version of Windows 10 is downloaded and installed, you have 10 days to go back to the previous version, should things not work properly.  Again, this option is only valid for 10 days.

You can access this method by asking Cortana, “Hey Cortana.  Show me recovery options.”  Of course, you can also type “recovery options” on the taskbar search field.
