Email Account Hacked?
I received an email that says so!
Recently, we’ve been deluged with emails to our different accounts saying that our email was hacked. Since I have our Spam filter turned off, I get the same email for accounts that don’t even exist. Click on this picture to see one of these emails full size:
Let’s take a closer look at who this email was sent to:

If I had my spam filter turned on at the server, this email would have never made it into my Inbox since there is no “doncaudle1d7” account at 4kcc.com.
I mention this today because now we are starting to get customers logging into Remote Technical Support (https://www.4kcc.com/rts) to ask about this email. If you receive this email or one similar to it, just delete it. Don’t click on any links if there are any and don’t reply to it. Just delete it!
Of course, it goes without saying, you need to have a strong password for your email and this fake email is a great reminder.
