Are you an Amazon shopper? I am. Joyce and I get tons of items from Amazon. Even though I go to the site regularly, I often forget about the deals that change every day. This post is a reminder for all of you who purchase from Amazon (and all of you who will in the future) to check “Today’s Deals” anytime you go on the site. Or, if you don’t want to have to visit the site all the time, you can install the Amazon Assistant extension in your browser. When you click on the Assistant, you’ll see trending deals and a place to click for “All Deals.”
When you get to the deals for the day, you’ll find there are several variations.
- You will see some deals that are just a reduced price all day long.
- Other times, you’ll see a timer counting down with only so much time left to make your purchase.
- Some items listed will be limited in quantity – when they are gone, that price is gone, also.
- There are Prime early bird deals – if you’re an Amazon Prime member, you’ll be able to purchase the item before it’s shown to the general public
Once you are at the deal page, you can navigate categories to narrow your search for items you might be interested in. You can also slim the results down by choosing a price range or even by the amount of the discount.
Are there really good deals daily? I can’t say for certain that every “deal” is really a deal but I can tell you I purchased a robot vacuum cleaner for $50 less than it normally sells on Amazon and I haven’t seen the price anywhere near that since.
