If you have a Microsoft account, you have access to a really cool program – Microsoft Forms! You can use it to create surveys and/or quizzes. It’s free with a Microsoft account, which is also free if you don’t have one yet.

Why would you want to create a survey or quiz? Maybe you’re involved with some group – church, sewing, cooking, book club, garden club and you need to gather information. Even your own family – you might want to survey them! A survey that you can create and share for free is the perfect answer!

Just to prove my point, here’s a survey I’d appreciate you taking the time to answer. It should only take 2 or 3 minutes.
