In my post of September 25, 2020 – Color Code Labels in Gmail – I explained how you can color code labels in Gmail. I made this statement: “Although Gmail doesn’t have the same robust color abilities we find in Microsoft Outlook…” Of course, I received several messages asking me what I meant by that. In response, I created a video showing how to use not only color but font and font size to make an email stand out from the pack in Outlook 365.
As an aside, I would mention that we see many people log in to Remote Technical Support who have Office 365 but who aren’t using Outlook. If you are one of these customers, I would encourage you to consider using the program. Outlook really is, in my opinion, the best email client available.
In the meantime, please take a few minutes to watch the video I created.
