I want to share with you my 5 favorite music-related YouTube Channels. Well, they are five of my favorite music sites – there are more. (Of course, my absolute favorite YouTube channel can be found HERE, but it doesn’t have anything to do with music!) If you haven’t caught on yet, I’m doing my best in this blog to convince you to use YouTube. Almost anything you can think of can be found as a video on the site.
Naturally, being married to a professional musician (Joyce) makes music important in our home. With that in mind, here are 5 of my favorite music channels. You can play the video from the channel and then click on the channel name to visit it. Enjoy!
projektorchester
The Würzburg Project Orchestra is a symphonic wind orchestra made up of wood and brass players, supplemented by an extensive percussion section. In this video, they play one of Joyce’s and my favorite TV theme songs – Theme from J.A.G. Their channel has lots of fine music. Be sure to give it a visit.
Amadeus – The Electric String Quartet
These four woman produce beautiful music. Sit back and enjoy their sound. You won’t be sorry!
David Wesley
David Wesley is such a talented musician. You will enjoy how he puts parts together in a cappella versions of various songs. Additionally, he’s assembled some awesome virtual choirs that you’ll find pretty amazing.
Taylor Swift
Yep – THAT Taylor Swift. She’s one of those singers you either like or don’t. I fall in the “Like” column. By the way, if you watch this “You Belong With Me” video, see if you recognize the boy. (Think MacGyver reboot.) You might also take note of the fact that Taylor plays both the “good girl” and the “bad girl” in this video. It’s kind of cute.
PTXofficial (Pentatonix)
The Pentatonix channel has 19 Million subscribers. The video I’ve posted here (Hallelujah) has 621 Million views. Need I say more?

Thanks John. Really great sounds. I’m going to have to learn how to paste these for my wife to listen to.
