How It Works

When you have a computer problem, you connect to us using the icon we’ll place on your desktop.  If we are not available at that time, you can email us at tech@4kcc.com and we’ll reply or you may call us (772-408-4425) and schedule an appointment time (just as if we were coming to your home).  Often, this can be within a few hours of the time you call (maybe even minutes!).  At the set time, you will give us permission to access your computer using the tools we make available to you.  Besides saving time and money, another advantage to this remote method is that you will be able to watch and take notes as we fix the problem!



Security

What about security? We use a secure website for our remote access.  No one will see anything that we do except you!

Additionally, you must give us permission to come onto your computer – we can never access your computer unless you allow us.
