Here’s the scenario: a customer with a Bellsouth (AT&T) email account, which is handled by Yahoo, suddenly had an issue with Microsoft Outlook 365. Every few hours or so, the entire inbox and all folders would just simply disappear. He would have to go online in a browser, check his mail, and then, usually, everything would reload in Outlook.
An Issue With Microsoft Outlook 365 – The Resolution
According to one of Microsoft’s internal support teams, this is an issue with Old Outlook. They suggested we convert to the New Outlook. We did and the issue was resolved. Note: The slide switch to change to the New Outlook is on the right side of the toolbar in Outlook.
