When it comes to our Remote Technical Support <\/a>and the reasons people log in to us, printer issues are at the top of the list. When your printer won’t print, there’s always a level of frustration. They’re supposed to just work but that isn’t always the case. Of course, printer malfunctions often happen when you absolutely must print something, like a boarding pass, etc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Unfortunately, we aren’t open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week so we can’t always be there to assist you in your printing time of need. With this in mind, I’m creating some videos to help you figure out how to get things printed when the printer doesn’t want to cooperate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The first video is about the printer queue – how to find it in Windows 10, how to clear it. (For my Mac readers, this video doesn’t show you how to perform the tasks; however, the principles are the same. Although not one of my tutorials, just click HERE<\/a><\/strong> for instructions.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n
