Like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc., LinkedIn is a Social Media site. However, unlike many of the other platforms, LinkedIn is geared more towards business. Looking to change jobs? What to network with others who work in your own profession? Looking for possible leads and/or sales? LinkedIn is the place to go for all of these possibilities. Because the site is geared more towards business, you’ll find a lot less frivolous conversation and posts here, too.
