People often visit our Remote Technical Support page (https://support.4kcc.com) to ask how to change the password they use to log-in to their computer. Or, they never have used a password but want to start using one now and they need to know how to set one up.

No, that is a program that we need to remove. Please log into Remote on Monday (we’re open from 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. so we can take the program off your machine.
