Keystone Computer Concepts

We Speak English, Not Geek!

Thanks!
If you attended our seminar on Saturday, October 11, 2014, we just want to say "Thanks!"  (If you weren't able to attend, everything is included below.)   We looked at ways that unwanted programs get onto our computers.  We also took a sneak peak at Windows 10.  We talked about switching from free anti-virus to a paid version of Vipre.  Below is everything we covered on Saturday.

Our Seminar's topic was
"A Computer Oktoberfest!" Here is the PowerPoint (in PDF format):

Seminar 10-11-2014 PowerPoint. Remember, now, any slide in the PowerPoint which has a small icon in the upper left-hand corner allows you to read my notes by putting your mouse over the icon. This PowerPoint has lots of notes so please view them through the icon.

I showed you how Vipre Anti-virus stopped a number of "bad" things from happening on my computer and I shared that I'm very happy with the software.  If you are using free anti-virus or your paid anti-virus is almost expired, I suggest you move over to Vipre.  To get started, just click on this banner:

Remember: 1)  you can't have more than one anti-virus installed at a time.  So, be sure you remove your old anti-virus AFTER you download Vipre, then reboot and install Vipre. 2)  If you have any questions or problems, please call us at 772-408-4425 or, if you're a Remote Technical Support customer, log in so we can assist you.  Contact us first, not Vipre support.

Finally, please take our survey regarding a special Windows 8/8.1 class:
