If you attended our seminar on Saturday, June 9, 2012, we just want to say "Thanks!"  (If you weren't able to attend, everything is here from the morning!)   We took an email test to see if we could distinguish fake emails from real ones; we looked at the various types of help one might need for his or her computer and we discovered many different places to find such help.  We also explored the new search option on 4KCC's tutorial pages and we shared our online chat feature on the same pages.
